SD Stalking 2010

I dont know who you are but you seem to think you know a lot about me maybe you should look at my past posts and you will see i said a big thankyou to malcom on the 3-11-09
I find this rather a childish action considering Malcolm has given you free stalking for the last 20 years, and you shot your first deer with him along with about every other species of deer in the UK for free. Sometimes it does not hurt to say thank you!

So pleased to hear what a fantastic time was had by all. A wonderful opportunity with plenty of deer, amazing senery and superb company as always. I would not have turned down this opportunity for the world. Stalking how it should be.

Mmmmmm 13 miles to Bonar Bridge and 24 to Tain you guys are just to use to the ethnic minority shop on the corner .

13 miles is just a stroll that's still in the town. John will have to move further out into the sticks .

12 miles to Bonar no fuel there, and about 34 to Tain to be precise!

Jeeez another member with a chip on his shoulder:shock:

It was a good deal old lad as the posters whom had their week up there have already testified. You shot hinds, the guys that went up shot Stags including 6 and 8 point Sika. By the way, who the hell are you, as you haven`t given an intro and asking for something within 4 posts. :banghead:

We don`t need a troll causing trouble on here.:suss:

I can see admins finger getting itchy by the delete button before long.

Much depends on what you call good value.

£60 a stalk and free sika staggies and any hinds also in a re gen area free as well. Your £100 a day was for hinds, not stags.

This is the second time we have run this event and no one complained and I think everyone shot deer. It was also an opportunity for those working for their level 2 to get some deer signed off, which some did, at no extra charge either. Plus those that wanted to could also stalk Red Stag and learn larder work, extraction work etc etc to give everyone an overall experience.

I notice you post but have not undertaken the obligatory Intro for the site. Please follow the site procedure.

Thank you

ghostrider6630 The deal you got was a good deal mate make no bones about it and by the sounds of it you had a real good time. But that dose not make the SD weekend a bad deal and its about getting out that in to the countryside not what is lieing on the grass at the end of the day. But hey well done you had what looks like a great week.

I was on the SD week this year and want to say loud and clear that I considered it a very good deal and was entirely satisfied with what I got for my money. I don’t think that I got ripped off, and I don’t think that anyone else on the week felt that they hadn’t had their money’s worth, in fact far from it we all said what a great time we had. I certainly had a marvellous time not just for the stalking which was tremendous and due entirely to the fantastic effort put in by all the guys involved, but also for the excellent company of these chaps and the guns themselves. I sincerely hope that I shall remain friends with everyone that was involved and hope that I will get the opportunity to repeat this week at some time again in the future. Yes I as lucky in what I shot but that’s stalking for you and was mainly down to the effort put in by all these guys.

it was a week which i will remember for the rest of my life. to get you and david 3 stags between you in the larder was brilliant. them sika arent easy things to stalk up there but the challenge is fantastic.

Now ghostrider6630 perhaps you could give us a bit of info about yourself only your intro is missing  I must admit I find it a bit strange that you find our SD week to be unappealing yet you want to know about the good deal that Malcolm has for his stalking down South :!:

John

If you put this in the Stalking Opportunities, you will get more people looking, good offer though, well done.
