Sinusitis

I have allergic rhinitis (house dust mites amongst other things). So suffer a “stuffy” nose frequently. Antihistamine helps, but it is something that I just live with.
However I also have crown’s on my front teeth and have suffered from frequent abscess’s over the years.
I went to the dentist with what to all intents and purposes felt like an abscess. X-ray wasn’t clear (long roots) so off to A&E.
Turned out to be a sinus infection that was clearing up but still very painful. I was told to get some of this. The relief was almost instant. View attachment 257372

Tried that, excellent stuff, but you can only use it for a short period of time, but seriously does work, i try to avoid using it during the day and use it very last thing which gives me around 3 hrs sleep
Picked up some Steroid spray today so fingers crossed that gives me some relief
