Jack you bought a 2.4 mtr length of doweling cost £15.00 then there were travel costs time costs to do the job ,you would have had some enjoyment factor ,but in the end it would have worked out as cheap buying a set of stick form your gun shop .

I like to know that when its got a heart beat ,I'm not going to cause any suffering with the best placed shot I can have, aided by a bi pod or sticks.
Ive watch people shoot deer whilst standing unaided as there running off with holes in them ,showed to me they had no duty of care to the species they were stalking.
