Nice attempt to drum up business!
Brabners, and Warners Law are the top firms for firearms appeals though.
BASC will provide the same guidance for free if you are a member, which will save a bundle in solicitor fees.
Interesting they do not mention the likely £15-£20k cost.

I know both of these gents - they are local lawyers to me & would not choose to start an argument with either of them!

We don’t talk about costs because they very from case to case. Typically our total fees are between £5k and £10k.
Would that include KC fees, which I know run £5- £7k per day in Court?
That includes counsels fee. Nothing to stop you using a KC if you have the funds but not needed. Mr Lawson (the barrister in the video) is exceptionally good at these appeals.
Somewhere between 50 - 75% for the ones that get to a hearing. It’s tough because these things are so judge dependent.
The important thing is that if, once we see the evidence, we don’t think you stand a realistic prospect of winning we will tell you! Although some stubborn buggers insist on doing it anyway!!
