I intended to replace the factory action screws but that detail slipped my tiny mind and modern hex stainless didn’t seem to fit the traditional theme

A judicious touch of Swiss file in the morning will clean up the chewed slots

Hi FB, just wondering. The pic of the bolt shroud suggests a model A1. I have one, purchased SH off of a farmer close by. Had it pillar-bedded and cerekoted, also in Midnight Blue. The action screws were similarly made like yours. Sourced one through Beretta Aus and one through a company in Finland. Can supply the details if you're interested.

Just back from servicing the Jimny, made a cross country detour on way home to visit Alan Rhone's emporium, Now have a perfect mating of the T-Ceptor to early short action SAKO dovetails.
Test shoot and zeroing tomorrow.

And back home after a zeroing session, Lovely centre line of target impacts, so all the windage in the X/Y department is good (Currently at zero) ................ but f&*k me, could I get it down to somewhere sensible, so back home now shimming the thermal to rail junction on the innomount, will re fit & go back tomorrow if the sleet abates.
