In short, they are better able to conetrol thier equipment desires and needs.
I doubt this as I live with 4 females. Bags, shoes, baskets, ceramics, candles, dresses. I could go on …..I'm guessing the true reason you seldom hear the views of female deerstalkers on this Site is they are not "Kit Queens" in the way male members are. As in they don't salivate over the latest knive steel, thermal performance rating, period correct scope mounting or even if they dare own a Creedmoor.
In short, they are better able to conetrol thier equipment desires and needs.

She would have to wait a long time if you were taking her shootingPersonally I think it's good for a couple to have separate hobbies/interests.
I never try to encourage my mrs to come shooting & she never takes me dogging.
You're not wrong at the minute, happens this way every year. She would have to wait a long time if you were taking her shooting![]()
Just joking mate , Im laid up with gout again ....sick as a dog. You're not wrong at the minute, happens this way every year.
A pal of mine joined a couple of years ago. He put an ad in the classifieds for a scope he wanted to sell before he had done his 30 meaningful posts and got absolutely slaughtered. He politely said sorry for the mistake, and has never bothered with the site again, told me he doesn't need that sort of abuse (who does), he's in his 50s!I almost vanished from the site that day I bet there's similar women and young people that have similar posts that can be taken the wrong way and decided too never return.
Its a bit easier too have a backbone when your 50's and shot hundreds if not thousands of deer and dealt with every argument and situation under the sun.
Its the Internet mate , you haven't got to take things seriously .A pal of mine joined a couple of years ago. Keep up the good work.
Yeah, he's not a social media person, Nick. Just a really nice bloke who fishes & shoots. Its the Internet mate , you haven't got to take things seriously .
Problem is far too many people get easily offended , grow a pair and laugh it off.

Including (sadly) @Stalker62A couple of people have dropped off the site over the last six months because of how it's evolving, they just grew tired of the "Wars"
I sit back and watch from the sidelines![]()
Yep, I enjoyed his humour. Alberta boy is watching from the sidelines, I think. Muir looks a bit, but rarely comments. Three decent contributors are not participating in sharing their knowledge anymore.Including (sadly) @Stalker62![]()
. I personally don’t know a single female stalker and just out of interest would be keen to hear how they get on with getting kit (particularly rifles) that fit them in what is I dare say a market aimed at catering largely for men.
Deerhunter has lots and some other brands to, just ask the unicorn.Obtaining suitable stalking clothing for women seems to be the biggest problem. None of the manufacturers seem to cater for hips, tits and bums.
Rifles don't seem to be an issue.
The clothes are the same for the game shooting world, lots of smartly dress ladies shooting or watching picking up, the Barbour range has a whole line in ladies clothes. Boots/wellies for ladies hats jumpers off the shelf....Obtaining suitable stalking clothing for women seems to be the biggest problem. None of the manufacturers seem to cater for hips, tits and bums.

Deerhunter, Blaser and Pinewood have suitable hunting clothes for women, also in small sizes.Obtaining suitable stalking clothing for women seems to be the biggest problem. None of the manufacturers seem to cater for hips, tits and bums.

But high costs Tim - I remember buying Musto, Barbour and Deerhunter kit for my eldest daughter to shoot in. Being 6’4” I never find stuff in the sales that fits my long arms and legs bar Kuiu (which I have now largely moved to bar Harkila trousers) but it was always full price to find clothes that fitted her well and that she liked. My youngest was more of a tomboy (player hockey and lacrosse goalie) and was happy with the relaxed fit of many small men’s sizes found in the sales. The clothes are the same for the game shooting world, lots of smartly dress ladies shooting or watching picking up, the Barbour range has a whole line in ladies clothes.
