cant you do something for help for heros at the show i am sure people on here will put up stalking and gifts for a raffle prize i know me and duncan certainly would and poppins would give a sika sack so thats a start . I know you take out servicemen on stobo as i have done in the past this is only a surgestion it may not fit in with the idear of being stalking related but more for the scottish servicemen serving abroad for there country ,and i am sure if asked the services would attend on the days of the event to support it and you .think of the press covering the event as well all good for field sports and us who take part in it .this is only a sergestion but worth concidering in my mind anyway all the best and if i dont bump into you this season we will support you that weekend in march MUDDY
I'll make one Bob as long as we can sort the digs out first.Brian this sounds greatthere are quite a few stalkers in my area and if there is a good local b&b (cheap enough for yorkshiremen
) to stop overnight maybe we could share a motor if anyone is interested ? DF
I but you forgot to add in the pikies who nipped in an stole it while the yorkies were scrappingDid you know copper wire was invented by two yorkshiremen scrapping over a penny!

Good evening friend ,
Please juse the wright adress than . Short question, how is my friend doing ?
First track today for 3 weeks except for one on a live deer as I had ran out of skins (will get scent shoes this week). 300m 4hrs old. Dragged small piece of skin and feet on sticks. NO BLOOD!
She had to cross a 1/2m wide stream and also 3, 45deg turns all because of the ground and the trees. It was a new piece of ground that has a good number of roe deer on it. All strange to her. I had to grip the tracking lead only 3 times and just enough to concentrate her. The track was marked with pegs. Very pleased with the result. My oldest son laid the track and he could not believe how good she was at it. She got to the stream, came back on her self for about 3m, then turned back to it and jumped over to pick up the track. Very pleased with her progress for not being 7 months old yet.
Well done. I'll make Helen read this. May be I can then get Bia home for some serious training. You are well ahead at the moment.
Georges
It is far from flawless! She still behaves like a young dog. She does things very methodically though which is a good thing, and does not charge off and get herself lost on the track.
McLeods of Tain !! sound very tempting jamross, by the look of things it's all falling into place a good day to be had by one & all.
Wishing you all the best for the forthcoming event.
Rgds, Buck.
