Disposal of fox carcasses

Just a bit of a general one here but what do you do to dispose of carcasses after a nights foxing?

I know some people just chuck them in a bush, some leave them for the farmer to dispose of and I know of others that have dug a pit in a secluded corner of the farm. What do you do?

Put them around oak trees in a circle so when they drill the ground the farmer can see them. Only thing is not the oak I set up on pigeon shooting lol

Muck pile , my farmers Bury um.in it ,

Fertiliser lol ,

Or ............

However the landowner wants you to dispose of them ,

any dead animal.will become carrion food if left out anyway

Common sense 👏 👌, just don't leave um on a right of way/ for any wandering public to see lol ( but you already know that )

Common sense mate , bush, pit, ditch etc etc etc

Or leave um as Tim.said , and we will do a wicker man ritual.on em lol ( joking Tim )lol

Seriously , don't leave near where your gonna set up a hide though , if the wind changes , you'll soon know about it 😉

Yeah I usually just chuck them in a bush out of the way. I know some people like the farmer to see the fruits of their work so was more of a curiosity tbh

Leave them where they fall unless they are close to the public
Do that when they are going to drill or cut hay/Lucerne!! as I found out with a text " Had a call from Phil. Tell the fox shooter to pick up the ####ing foxes or come clean the topper out"
It was/is no good trying to argue it had run as it is their land, the way I see it is I pick up my cartridges after pigeon shooting also do my best with the pigeons also the foxes...
Know my work shop is a different thing lol

Petrol auger, takes 2 min to drill the hole chunk it in and close the hole. Just ask the land owner where

any body know the legal ways? id think if handled they take on the same point as pheasants and partridge. can we legally chuck in a hedge or ditch? im not sure and would be interested to know

I think I’ve written my take on it in a previous life but here goes .The chicken farm I do has from time to time an inspection by whoever is paying for the eggs I guess ,them and farm assured I think .They saw a couple of foxes I put by the red bin for disposal and a discussion was started as to whether they should be left anywhere on show after ,as shakey said Id handled them .
I now have to put them in a bin liner by the bins .If you read the Defra take on dead stuff it’s a no no chucking them in ditches etc .
The other farmer I do has an incinerator which is defo the way to go .
