Rang today to inquire about my DSC2 cert as 6 weeks has come and gone.
Initially, no answer. A bit miffed as reception is poor where I am and have to walk back and forth to get line. Leave a message with my DMQ number.
About 5 mins later I get a missed call, lady on the phone confirms my qualification but DMQ not doing certs at the moment (understandable given CV19).
Offers to send me confirmation that I have qualified, ring back to confirm email. Email received within 30 minutes of my first call.
All said and done, good service. BASC gets a lot of flak (I myself have been a vocal critic on their 'lead ban', not a BASC member either) but their office staff seem top notch, especially since they are working from home.
For anyone else waiting I was told there will be a backlog for the certs.
