Just wondering what members use to clean their optic lenses. I currently use Zeiss lens wipes followed by a clean lens cloth. I find the Zeiss wipes are always a bit on the dry side. Cheers

Squeeze them, you will be surprised.

Lens pen from a camera shop, about a tenner, fine brush for dust and a pad for polishing watermarks off.

Haw on it, then wipe it off with the cuff of your gansey or shirt.
For stubborn stains, give it a lick and a wipe with your thumb, then the haw and cuff routine.

“As I’m a good Mate” I use scotch Brite when cleaning my stalking buddies Swarovskis although his eye sight is not as sharp as it once was.

Cotton fabric / toilet paper / fairly liquid / smearing wet grit around the glass. All these things rumoured to cause damage to delicate lens coatings.

I rarely clean at all, as its amazing how well they work even when visible dirty. Once in a blue moon, I use compressed air, dry paintbrush and finally a lens wipe.

Only clean when really dirty. Blow off any dust, soft brush, lens wipe such as Zeiss.
If you're the kind of guy who trades the scope in every time you change your underpants just spit and a bit of rag will do it.
