New FAC - moderators

Just in the process of applying for first FAC and it is asking about moderators, if they are coming off the license do they need to go on this app or should I not bother (can’t see it being granted prior to May!)

I would think that you need to fill in the complete form and dont miss anything out, when there is a change to FAC applications with mod's im sure we will be notified or may see a change on the forms.

When you have the interview you can raise it but it’ll be simpler to have it there and not need them than risk getting your FAC, the deregulation get delayed and you need to put in immediately for a variation.

this, otherwise if the worst happens you would have to pay £47 for a variation and play the waiting game.

Yes . Apply as that is the law as is currently. If it changes then make according changes, but u must deal with the legislation as is at the time of submission.

I would definitely put them on still.

Bear in mind when you get your interview you will be asked about all your gun requests and what your reason for having each one is. So you can talk about moderators then. You might (probably?) not get everything you ask.

I can't see any reason not put it on - there's no definite date for this law change.
