If you missed it they were just on top of a 160m structure that hangs out from the roof of a building. One of them is hanging off it by one hand, I could feel things tightening up all over my body and felt sick!

Are they mad or is this what it takes for some people to get a kick????

When Free Running started I thought it was a genuinely impressive 'urban sport' requiring amazing strength and skill. But this is just pushing it for the sake of it. To be honest what they are doing on the bridge is nothing compared to the sick feeling I got watching them on the roof when I switched it on!!!!
