The EU in or out

Your beginning to sound like my sister, and she's not a got a clue about what is right for this country either.
As for those poor devils, why don't they just go back where they came from. They like us have the country they
deserve, for good or bad. It's bad enough that all the muslims and others who come here from their own war/terror
torn or poverty stricken homes and immediately try to carry on here as they did at home, withe extra bonus of benefits
and the NHS

THIS COUNTRY IS OVER FULL, AND HAS BEEN FOR 30 PLUS YEARS.

Neil. :)
Your sister sounds lovely.

I am a stay in.

The fundamental problem is not the EU per se, but the British attitude to any form of international trade etc. There is nothing stopping us forming major alliances with the rest of the world - just talk with most business and doing trade with the next county is a big issue.

As for EU red tape, well it is up to each country to implement and enforce EU directives and how each country does so is up to it. We choose to enshrine it in legislation and then hand to a whole lot of clipboards.

I dont think being in or out will change our fundamental ineptitude and past mistakes. That needs a lot of internal change of mindset. As for the EU we should force ourselves into the driving seat and make it work for us rather continually apologising for once being a dominant world power.

When will all the stay inners realise we no longer have a high court?, look how long it took to rid ourselves of that bile spitting claw waving one armed terrorist!.

To me it's about sovereignty v economics. Do we want to keep Britain British, or do we want to be part of a federal state? I can see that Switzerland does well and isn't part of the EU, but is this the answer?

I'm still undecided.

Having just watched a very good bbc2 documentary about the EU I'm even more convinced we should get out and sit back and watch the whole pack come tumbling down.

Oh probably, it's on the Internet after all.... That said, for those of us not on Facebook, we're not sure what we need to give a view on.

If at the moment you are on the fence ask yourself this ..
If we weren`t in the EU would you vote to join it now?
If you`re answer is no then why not vote out?

Good lord! How do we in the UK fix the EU? It's an unelected gravy train without end. 72 times this country has voted against EU laws, 72 times we have been forced to adopt those laws.

I started with a gut feel that we should leave and now I have a fully informed position that this country must leave if we are to retain any concept of being an individual nation.

Out!
