Raising funds for Cancer Research

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
As some of you may be aware I am at this moment fighting a battle with Cancer, which I will win. However to help all those in the same battle I have decided to try and raise funds for the Cancer Research by way of an auction on the site.
I have already been offered a days stalking in the forth coming winter in West Sussex with Sikamalc, to also include a full breakfast on the day and a carcass to keep if the day is successful.
I also have a one morning and one evening CWD stalk offered separately with Lee 6.5 as well.

I would be grateful of any donations of stalks or equipment that we can offer to raise money for this important cause.

However in the meantime if members would like to start to bid on the three offers that would be most welcome.

I would like to see the final bids by the end of April, and all monies paid in cheques to the charity please. Thank you one and all for your support.

I hope the site members will rally around and support Bushpig in his endevours to raise money for a cause that has touched most families at one time or another.

Bushpig sorry to here of your illness my wife went through this last year but is now beating it so push on buddy

my good friend Ted was taken from us by cruel hands of Mesothelioma.

I bid 150 for Malcolm and 150 for UncleF day stalking

Bushpig. Do you have a just giving page or somewhere we can donate?

I'd be happy to make a donation too to a Just Giving page but I'm not able to travel to the other end of the country to stalk.

Best wishes for your fundraising & perhaps more importantly your personal battle.

Why not we have electric and everything lol. It’s worthy cause and any help would be great chaps

lost a brother to the same and have a daughter in law fighting leukaemia at the minute , I bid £200 on each stalk, keep strong my friend

Good luck with your fight Bushpig. It's a great cause which I'm always glad to support. I'll donate a stalk for a roebuck and a stalk for a Muntjac (two separate lots).

All the best Wayne.

Ps. The just giving site is a great way of doing it.

Bushpig, first of all I wish you all the very best of luck fighting your battle, I truly wish you well!
As has been suggested it would be better if you could set up a "Just Giving" page and put the link to it on here. I am not up to doing any stalking at the moment (and don't expect to be for heaven knows how long yet) due to "health issues" but I would be more than willing to make a donation to your cause. I suspect that there are quite a few Stalking Directory members that feel the same as me and would love to donate if you set up your "Just Giving" page - You will be surprised at how easy it is to set the page up mate!:tiphat:

Good luck mate!:thumb:

Hi all,

I would like to thank members who have donated stalks as well as members that have started to bid. Having spoken to a few people i'll start a "just giving" page and once its up and running i'll post a link on the forum for those that just want to donate money to Cancer Research UK. At the end of April i'll be able to post the total amount raise by this very generous forum!!!

Please keep bidding..
Bushpig

£125 for Wayne's munty.

Does anybody have any ideas for keeping track of the lots and bids otherwise it's going to get tricky seeing what's up for grabs and how much the bidding is at?
