RIP Gaston Glock

I met the guy many years ago at a pistol meeting in Bisley when he was just introducing his polymer pistols.
I thought to myself -"they'll never catch on". Crikey how totally and absolutely wrong could I have been!:oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:
Only to the tune of an estate worth £200 billion!!!😬

Always liked the issued Glock offerings I’ve used. Whilst the old Sig 226 felt like it was millled out of a single piece of steel and was true German/Swiss quality-it was heavy. Glocks are light/cheap/safe and do the job required of them and don’t really require much training. If I lived in the US I’d buy one on Veterans Day sale for sub $500! What’s not to like.
