I also went down to this one, and it was completely hassle free. Dropped forms in with licenses, went and got some breakfast came back and new tickets were done. variation cost £20 instead of £26 also. Great service, details usually posted on their webpage under latest events.

Some forces have a "drop in day" while others prefer a six month Spanish inquisition...oh well

I believe that West Mercia are going to be present at the Shropshire Show (being held in Shrewsbury on May 23rd.) I am sure I read somewhere that there would be opportunities for variations etc. but I can't find any mention of it on the website now
Any clues anyone?
