What size group at 25m with 10/22 ?

If its minimags be prepared to be underwhelmed. I use the SK semi auto in my 10/22 and can hold about 4 moa at 110yds.

Just seen your other post.

If it's for 25m bench rest your looking at a 6.5mm group of 10 rounds to stay competitive.

That's the size of the bull on a standard 10 target benchrest.

What are you looking to use it for? A bit of plinking and rabbits or actual bench rest comps?
No one even tries to shoot bench rest competitions with a 10/22. It would be like entering a formula one race in a Lada Niva. However for gallery rifle comps the accuracy is quite acceptable when using good ammo. This is especially true if shooting at 50 metres or beyond.

With a decent trigger, bull barrel and stiff-ish aftermarket stock, a 10/22 should manage 10 shots on a 5p piece, easy

Another thumbs down from me regarding Mini-mags. SK Standard Plus gives me a 10mm ten shot ragged hole at 27 yards, walnut Sporter with a simple BX trigger upgrade.

Ammunition makes a huge difference - not just in a 10/22, but any rifle. Try some match grade ammo - like Eley Match. If that makes no difference, then you can eliminate that variable - but in my experience, it makes a huge difference.

Never seen a factory 10-22 shoot 6.5mm holes with anything at any range
there is a reason they look like trigger's broom when they perform well (new stock, new triggers, new hammer, new barrels, etc etc)

10-22 will never be as accurate as a bolt CZ or BRNO

Experience has me disagree with you, given my rifle.

The 1022 with a 5 pound trigger pull, good luck with that one. I have one, has a barrel on and it might do a inch at 25 but guaranteed to put a flyer 2” off.
