Carcass Tray Mesh

I have a couple Mortar / Builders Mixing buckets that works well for vehicle extractions of beasts but am looking at what best to use for mesh to seperate the carcass from the blood in the tray? What do you guys use? What can you recommend? Been suggested a few things but thought I would open it up to the forum to see how you guys/ girls were going about it.

I'm inclined to disagree. Most of my grallochs are suspended and there is often still residual claret. However I get what you are saying.

Plastic grid panels to keep carcass up off the bottom of the tray.

As a heads up, I found these panels on Amazon recently and have found they work well in the bottom of a plasterers bath. I use three of these panels in the bath to keep the carcass out of any blood...they clip together...and usefully, when unclipped, they will fit in the dishwasher. shed base...
