I object to such pictures. This is a thread about motorbikes not a crappy scooter. Mods please delete. :coat:
Time to duck me thinks!!!

actually the bloke who put my woodburner in was telling me bout his lambretta and that he has spent about 2500 on it. Says it'll be the fastest one round. It's just the size of the wheels scares the bejesus out of me. Respect to the guys going to the rallies on them.

£6500 to build including £2500 on paint,(candy flip white,)

Uses a 190 barrel and a YPVS 350 piston and rings, along with the reed valve and 30 mm dellorto, AF cut crank, race clutch and PM expantion chamber, shot peened gears, tubless rims, etc etc

27 bhp, weighs the same as a Raliegh Grifter, and rides like a wee moto crosser, had 85mph out of it, and 75 two up with all the camping gear onboard for a rally.

85 on one of these must equate to about 180 on a street bike..

The real problem with these is you loose the first day of the rally walking like a duck with a numb ass

Hands up RA... You take the title :tiphat:

Haahaha cheers for that. Yes it can be a bit painfull talking it long distances to rallies,, but the beer helps you to overcome that quickly enough !

The 65-year-old driver of the mini bus and two women passengers were uninjured in the collision.
