yes when i got back to the house there were 2 officers there , then the rest of the police force landed all 11 of them asked to search my car as there was nothing in then asked to check firearms which were all locked up secure then left only to have them come back the next day and remove them i can understand but why the next day also they did relate to they didnt want any derek bird incidents do they class everyone as been a psychopath . and since then any contact i have tried to get hold of them they ignore

If you had read my earlier post properly you'd have seen that I make no secret of the fact i'm ex Lincs Police. And i'm now a Lawyer.

And if you had these witnesses to the Mugabe (your word, not mine) style oppression you suffered - then why the hell haven't you taken any action ? As i've previously posted, not all courses of action require deep pockets. It speaks volumes to me that you do nothing except moan ...........continuously. I have unfortunately taken the time to go through all the previous drivel and I am appalled at what has been posted with what appears to scant disregard for the truth or any repurcussions regarding slanderous remarks posted on this forum.

1. Not to be trusted by someone such as you I wear as a badge of honour. I doubt you'd know the truth if it hit you between the eyes. You judge - on the basis of (previous) occupation - before you even know the person - pathetic ! I like to know the person first, but then again perhaps i'm Old School - I can disagree with someone, but still trust them.

2. Personally i'd have apologised to Derek - you posted information whether right or wrong that could have caused him financial loss - but of course you're beyond reproach - you're never wrong, whereas i'm man enough to admit if i am.

Then please tell me why you take no action against them ? I don't expect a reply though - I have noticed you dodge or avoid any questions you find too awkward to answer.

Oh - and are you alleging that the Lincs Police control the National papers ? Or are they in collusion with them against you too ? Pray tell me, when do you give evidence at the Levison Enquiry? Does your paranoia know no bounds? I suggested in an earlier thread you moved to Mugabi's State when you inferred you'd be better treated. Now i'm wondering if the Deep South of America would be better, some people there seem to think the State, Police and papers are after them. You might fit in rather well?

And I hestitate to say this. You won't believe a lying ex copper and Lawyer to boot such as me. However, regardless, I care not because it is the truth. When i first read your posts on your alleged assault etc i considered contacting you to offer my services to you ( as I have to other people on this site), to take statements etc to help you. I believe in justice and fighting for the righteous underdog - just the way I was brung up by my Pa. But I'm so glad I read some of your previous posts first. What you wrote about the Police in posts pre-dating the incident shocked me and made me realise I would not want to be associated with you. One has to question why no Law firms have taken up your case or have priced themselves out of the market. Lawyers meet people on a regular basis and become very good at character assessment and from what i have seen I would not want act on your behalf, but i doubt you'd want a liar and cheat to act for you anyway.

And to all you who are sick of reading this, I apologise. I sat back for long enough listening to his libeling the Police, but I can't let Brithunter continue with his attacks on the Police and Lincs Police in particular. We all know they're not perfect, but they do a hard job in difficult circumstances. Yes they cock up sometimes, but who hasn't and i'm the first to admit i'm not perfect and have fecked up bigtime on occasions, but i find Brithunters allegations too implausable to be true, especially as he does nothing about it. I await proof to the contary but doubt it will ever appear or any action will take place

I offered my own help, twice, and was totally ignored. I also watched the story of the incident change on a daily basis, and only towards the end did the facts start to emerge. After a little digging, and registering for court minutes, the whole story became clear to me. Hence, no more offers of help from me

Reading about someone having their guns seized for an apparent breach of security is one thing, but having read all the digs and jibes at not only Lincs Police but a general hatred for authority it has me wondering if there is more to it than meets the eye... However with Kent police I have nothing but praise for the FA unit.

Can I make a suggestion. If Brithunter makes no more reference to the "incident", no more allegations against the Police - as it is we've heard them all before, ad infinitum and they grow more implausable each time, that way there'd be no need for me or others to feel that they have to jump to their defence - just a thought ? Perhaps he could agree to that. His posts on this subject do nothing to enhance the standing of this forum and indeed the opposite, whereas his posts on firearms etc are a source of knowledge
