Looking at doing this too but with the Bifrost stockI have one and am very happy with it.
So much so that I just stuck it in a GRS Berserk stock
Slick bolt, great trigger (same as the T3) and good magazine.
Cheers

Go for it, the Bifrost is a great stock and the T1X will just drop in.Looking at doing this too but with the Bifrost stock![]()

The T1X has been out for two years. The CZ for 50 years. I'm guessing there are more CZ's than Tikkas!I don't know about CZ killer.
There are many more CZ rimfires in circulation than Tikkas, and CZs are still significantly cheaper than T1Xs.
However, if like me, you own Tikka centrefire rifles, the fact that the trigger in the T1X is the same as the T3s and the stocks are interchangeable does make it a bit of a no-brainer

I do think a fairer comparison now in terms of tigger quality etc would be the cz457 and t1x and they’re closer in priceTikka T1X - £520
CZ455 (synthetic stock) - £430

About $50 difference here. Tikkas run about $450. CZ about $400 depending on the model.~MuirTikka T1X - £520
