Which gaiters?

I have a pair of the old Kammo gaiters which are still good but showing their age, I got a pair of the Swazi gaiters a couple of years ago which have had dogs abuse but still look like new. Hands down the most robust gaiters available, highly recommended

Are the Swazi's waterproof? Assume you mean the long ones with wire strap. Doesn't actually say if they are on the website. I have the putty's which defintely are not!

They aren’t what I would describe as 100% waterproof but I have given mine a boost with Diver Dave’s Repel and they are as near as damn it water tight now.

The amazing thing about these gaiters is how resilient they are, I am pretty hard on my kit and these have been battered through plenty brambles and scrub.

Genuinely yet to see any signs of wear, I loved my Kammo gaiters but could kill a pair in a season at the stags, the Swazi’s are in a different league.
