What is the best cleaning solution for rifle barrels?
Dishwashing Liquid and a bronze brush. Plus some KG-12 or Robla for the bullet smear.
Dishwashing liquid detergent is an important kitchen product that occurs sodium lauryl ether sulfate and linear alkylbenzene sulphonic acid as anionic surfactant, sodium hidroxide for adjusting PH, sodium chloride for viscosity, dye for colour and fragrange.
So what! Thin it with water. And you are not supposed to leave it in the barrel for an extended period.Dishwashing liquid is thickened with salt.
I wouldn't want it near a rifle.
If you want to pour corrosive liquid down your rifle bore, go right ahead. So what! Thin it with water. And you are not supposed to leave it in the barrel for an extended period.
Try it, scope the bore and then let‘s talk again.
Ha ha just watched it, it's dreadful!Deviating slightly but I came across a video on youtube this morning from Sako about cleaning your rifle. Now I'm a fan of Sako rifles and ammo but this video has to be one of the worst that I have ever watched. It's not very informative and personally I would say it's an embarrassment to Sako.
I found one from SAKO. I didn't see anything horrid. I'm sure some people's sensibilities are offended y the lack of a 'bore guide' and the use of a segmented rod but that is obviously the kit they sell. I've seen worse.~MuirDeviating slightly but I came across a video on youtube this morning from Sako about cleaning your rifle.
